Inconsistent sizing and color/Exceptional customer service

I ordered a pair of poufs in Beige. I received one in Taupe and one in Beige. Customer care was very helpful in rectifying my situation. Unfortunately when I received the 2nd Beige pouf, it is much larger (I think due to the knit being looser?) and the color is slightly different as well (enough to notice when they are next to each other.) I am disappointed because I plan to use them as a set in our TV room. There just seems to be a lack of QC with them. I got them on a sale for a decent price so will probably keep them. I'm currently waiting for a response from Sweet Home Collection on the issue with the second one being noticeably larger and a different shade.
