Sheets

What are the dimensions of your sheets?

We have various styles and sizes of sheets. Please refer to the product description for the specific item for product dimensions.

How deep are your fitted sheets?

Our fitted sheets will fit mattresses up to 14" deep, exept for our extra deep sheet sets that fit up to a 21" mattress.

How do I launder my sheets?

Most of our sheets are machine washable.

What is difference between deluxe and classic sheets?

Deluxe Sheet sets include additional pillowcases.

Do your sheets wrinkle?

Most of our sheets are wrinkle-free. Please check product description.

Comforters

What are the dimensions of your comforters

We have various styles and sizes of comforters and comforter sets. Please refer to the product description for the specific item for product dimensions

Can I wash my comforter?

Orders

What if I want to cancel or change my order?

There are no prices in the package

Shipping

What are the available shipping options?

Orders under 1lb are shipped via USPS 1st class. All others are shipped via FedEx SmartPost.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

Can I return an item even if it's been washed?

On open, washed or used roducts, we accept returns only for Mfg. efects.

How do I start a return?

Please Contact via email at hello@ sweethomecollections.com to request a return. Please specify which items in your order that you are wishing to return.

Can I return items to your retail location?

We do not have a brick and mortar storefront. All returns must be hipped back to us.

I ordered my products on a marketplace or partner platform, can I return via SHC?

Only orders placed directly on our website sweethomecollection.com can be returned through SHC. All others must be returned through the marketplace or partner platform they were purchased through.

Do you have a restocking fee?

All orders over $500 are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.

Warranty

Do you have a warranty?

We offer a lifetime Manufacturers defect warranty on our products when purchased directly from us on the SHC website only.
